Springing Into the 2025 Season at Crestholm Farm Stand

Opening Day: May 9th

After a long winter full of frozen fingers, surprise challenges, and a whole lot of hard work, we’re thrilled to say: We’re almost back, and we’re growing bigger than ever.

Literally.

This year marks a major milestone at Crestholm Farm Stand with the addition of our brand-new greenhouse, a 16-foot-longer upgrade that’s already making us feel like we’ve leveled up in the farming game. It's not just longer — it’s stronger, better equipped, and ready to host thousands of fresh transplants.

You might remember our old greenhouse – the one that started as a “temporary solution” 23 years ago and somehow stuck around like a loyal old dog. It was the first structure we put up when we expanded our flower-growing operation, and while it served us well, it was time for an upgrade. Thanks to the fast and fearless crew at Coombs Property Maintenance, we now have a proper greenhouse behemoth – and yes, we love her already.

In total, we now have four hoop houses and the brand-new greenhouse, making this our most prepared season yet. Over the past couple weeks, we’ve been transplanting nonstop, watching tray after tray of vibrant young plants take root under the warm cover of our new space. It already feels like spring inside — even if Maine's still trying to remember what month it is.
